I don’t much desire Maturity.
You seem a vain liar, Maturity.
You poke out of everyone’s Sunday Bests
but I’m not a buyer, Maturity.
Age kills emotion, so I won’t roar
like a hairy town-crier, “Maturity!”
Keep your prim and practical ways,
there are virtues far higher than Maturity.
