Yesterday was a strange day, I put the BBC news on and at the bottom of the screen was the main headlines, “Actor Bradley Walsh shot dead in Scotland.” I was SO shocked, that I reached for my mobile to check the BBC news on there, but before I could do that, it went on to say he was an actor on Trainspotting 2 and he was forty two years old, so I knew it couldn’t be the lovely man from The Chase and Law and Order UK, just to name two things he is brilliant in.
Also, on the BBC news was the death of a sixteen-year-old who is unknown to me who was an actress on kids’ programmes on the BBC, she had died ELEVEN days ago, but they had just announced it yesterday. I thought it was very odd, that her publicist, or the BBC had that much power, that they could withheld this information for almost two weeks, even if a post mortem was needed for her sudden death, what right did they have to keep her death a secret, was she that important? I did then wonder who else have died, but instead they haven’t told us, and decided not to ever tell us? Miss Mya-Lecia Naylor who was on Millie In between and Almost Never died on April 7th.
I was at work yesterday and the thought of these two young people were in my thoughts as I did my work, it made me think, “How comes I’m still here?” With my unhealthy eating, what made them go and not me? Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful to be still here, in the land of the living, but it certainly made me feel vulnerable. Both these young people who are a lot younger than myself, didn’t know that they were suddenly going to die. I am in the process of up dating my will, for as from the first of April I’m willess, I know there is no such word, but its my story and If I want to put willess I can. I have no will. Who knows that could be a word in twenty years’ time, just remember you saw it here first, ‘Willess’ having no Will. Remember Brexit? That wasn’t a word either twenty years ago, if you’d wrote the word back then, some, know-it-all, would have said, “There’s no such word.” Well there is now! Shakespeare, he also made up words, some are still use today.
Then still feeling strange, it was announced on the news later on, that a man had been shot dead in broad daylight in Erdington in Birmingham age just twenty-eight. It’s such a posh area, and the police don’t know why it has happened there, the killer is still at large.
I looked again at the young actress, looking in the peak of health, what must her young cast mates think? It was great to watch lovely Bradley Walsh as usual last night on The Chase, 1. it was only this morning when I looked for the information again, about the other Bradley Walsh who died, that I realised, it wasn’t just me who’d thought he’d died, but many of his fans too, and 2. it was pointed out to us all there was a difference in ONE letter, that made it not Bradley Walsh who had died but Bradley Welsh!
Rest In Peace to all three.

Very sad, as you say. It
Very sad, as you say. It does always seem so unfair when young people don't even get the chance to start their lives properly.
