The Habitual Ritual

It's not for the need of a feed
It's greed and that's a fact .
That little munch after lunch
That quick snack between a snack
It's the daily ritual of the over eating kind
A nibble here a nibble there
It's matter over mind
Here's food for thought when nought's there
And the cupboards have gone bare
Go out and face the world,
for there's a place to eat somewhere.
