Leaving home Inspiration point ( IP )

Hi mum, just a quick update since my arrival here, we’re off in a couple of minutes to visit another campus, so I’ll need to be quick.

The welcome week has been great and… do you remember the uni mission statement’.

“…there are no strangers here, only new friends you have yet to meet…”

How true that is, here are just some of my new… Campus Compadres.

Selene from Alexandria Egypt.     Cindy from LussVegas Nevada. 

Benito Lomondo from Verona.      Dhriti  from Balmahata.

Dhriti is one of the staff here attached to the Wellbeing and Inclusion team 

And Brodie who completed his studies here is one of our doctors on site.

Tonight he is treating all of us to an alfresco takeaway from the DucBa restaurant.

Asian fusion with a Highland twist added, then a stroll up to Authors Settee for a bit of caring and sharing.

I want to ask if it’s possible you can you arrange a ceilidh with Rory or Duncan because  I’m thinking of inviting about twenty or so Campus Compadres down for the weekend, Friday, September 26th if that’s ok with you?

We all have student discount rail passes and we would be there in about two hours so no need for a lift or anything.

ps.   Are any of the shepherds huts  free?  Benito said he’ll sing to you.
