Changing Times
Innocence departing
Thirteen seasons hatched
A mystical dawn was beckoning
Leading me, drawing me
Form now had carnal meaning
Drawn by an insistent lustful leaning
The playful female form took new meaning
A dichotomy of dreams and desire arose
My fairytale romantic soul was challenged
A simple order lay in ruins
Love was a utopian dream
Desire, the procreating siren call
Confused the purity of my thoughts
The biological imperative hammered at my soul
The gentle caring female psych
Got lost in a dense fog of playful lust
Skewed ambitions, divergent desire confused me
That carnal call was most deceiving
A flash of pleasure
Gone in an instant
An empty soul remaining
Disastrous dabbling drove me
Yet in my future she waited
White-light purifying
Transforming my muddled emotions
Transiting to the third age of man
My soul reborn by her simple devotion
Like planets neatly aligned
True love was finally ordered
