This is beautiful Jennifer, I could kind of hear this poem as lyrics to a song in my mind as I read, something along the lines of: Carol King's It's Too Late, or James Taylor: You've Got A Friend. I know there's absolutely no connection, but it was just the first thing that came to mind.
I'm sure your poem will speak to many who have lost loved ones, I know it spoke to me.

Yes, beauty in these lines
I read this as a loving farewell to a loved one, who is about to die, and the person speaking is reassuring them no matter how much they feel their own heartbreak; it was for me a moving read.
