Dream World?

I had a dream the other day,
About a planet gone astray,
And in this dream strange things occurred,
Although the memories slightly blurred.
Now in this world thieves went out stealing,
With no concerns for others feelings,
And people solely longed for wealth,
Forgetting God and Love and Health,
Whilst honest people would be mugged,
So helpless junkies could get drugged,
Where corporations came to town,
And made the local shops close down.
Hookers freely walked the streets,
So husbands could go out and cheat,
And selfish people left their food,
Because they just weren't in the mood,
Yet at that time on that same day,
A country not so far away,
Is full of hungry children screaming,
So is this real or was I dreaming?
