Each penny adds up to a greater whole
From what little I have left I will buy you this rose
With it I can flay myself forever with its thorns
Should have stayed a fetus and remained unborn
I concede my existence and applaud you for your patience
You keep me functioning aptly and sanely gracious
If I was a petal I'd be stored away in your purse
But instead I'm a stillborn I am born deaf to your words
Yes I am dead right only conscience saved me
That and the image of your constant imagery
Yes I am dead right my conscience saved me
