Got Vanilla Space Fudge&;#063;

I remember one day we were sitting along the fence outside the
house. The house was his, but we never went in it. I don't know where
we all went when the sun went down, I don't know if we stayed there or
not. I don't know where we went, whether we stayed there or not. I
don't know where we went. But, we were going to play hide and go seek,
but we couldn't find Ruddi. So we went to the other side of the house
to find him. We had never been there before, and it was just on the
other side of the house. But, we decided that may be a good hiding
spot. So we went to the other side of the house and there was nothing
there. Nothing at all, it was a great white void. We all just stood
there and stared at it. After awhile we all walked away and never
mentioned it or even talked about it. It was something we simply
couldn't understand. This was near the end, I think that's when we
first got an inkling of the fact that something was going to change our
peace. When we were walking back we noticed Ruddi was in a corner
between the chimney and the house crying. He said he had been staring
at the void all day and he couldn't stop. We had to pull him away from
it. He kept saying that there had to be something there. But, there
wasn't. I think he may have gone looking for an answer to the void and
