Nothing is sure, or sacred.

Only written words are truth.

The spoken word is fake.

How can it not be?

I invent them, juxtapose them.

Not you. Interpret these and

Go fuck yourself.

 

Take heart. I meant me.

Only me. Not you.

 

Don’t worry, this is meaningless.

Every word is as foolish as faith.

Can’t you hear the sound of scraped barrels?

Let your eye run past these lines

And free yourself from understanding.

Read into this your own beliefs.

Every dogma has its day.

Angry? Truth.... now there's a thing.

Truths. Then, whose?

Malleable to whatever purpose we might choose.

Graveyards are interesting places. Good job, really.

Humour is a key ingredient of any serious poetry.

Ideas and dogmas can have their day, but whatever is real truth cannot die, will survive long past us. Only on that can there be faith. Rhiannon
