There are times when I can think about nothing but you
thinking of all the things we've been through
all the fun times we've ever had
the laughter, the happiness, our little chats

You've taught me a feeling of pure relaxation
when I'm with you, I have to fight the temptation
of standing there and watching you
sometimes, it's really hard to do

You will always be a friend of mine
you're always so very kind
no matter how hard your life gets
I'm always here, don't forget

Though we've grown quite far apart
I think about it and it breaks my heart
but remembering all the things we've done
you have to know, you're still number one

Through all this, I can't express
really how much I have been blessed
