Ha! I have often wondered
Ha! I have often wondered about this! I'm vegan and you can tell, just opening the front door. And the tummy like a spacehopper, no one mentions that...
There was a program about a "blue zone" in Costa Rica where the people llive to be over 100, active and mentally clear too. They lived off beans and rice, but only "small portions." The interviewer said was this because of low income? And was told no, it was because it was too uncomfortable to eat big portions of beans :0)
