It's demanding, even now in hindsight.
It's hard to see a connecting ...light
When it's apparent all around is night.
So who can foretell a hidden knowledge?
When enlightenment comes only to those
On a skiff afloat on, thoughts, past tense.
After a long interlude of inner voyage
Whom amongst us; can still be inspired
By that enigma of understanding, that
Day follows night and dawn, follows sunset.
Divination...
Sure is difficult, even now by hindsight.

Lots of oomph in this poem, Mark. A good read. A suggestion---try to develop a flow of thoughts like meandering down a path with surprises along the way. Make sense? All the best, Richard.
