Thoughts and Quotes - A Found Poem

She welcomes me back with broken arms, 

a bracelet holds her many charms.

She talks like a character from an American sit-com,

putting the emphasis on expressions like 'I know'.

'Robbie has a cheeky face, Jez looks plain evil', 

'Bizarrely , he manages to get the sound of jazz from a radiator!

A three legged dog barks at me through a high gate, 

'I mean it Jimmy, one more move like that , and you're out!'
