Angel Eyes

When you wave goodbye
don't weep for me
The child asking me to let it be
Angel eyes wisely scolding me
Still when I look innocence is all I see
When you wave goodbye
don't weep for me
The little hands remains strong
in the smile a message so clear
An Angel accepted heaven was where she belong
Still when I look innocence is all I see
the child doesn't share my fear
When you wave goodbye
don't weep for me
Angel eyes asking to be set free
the child letting me know it wasn't about me
Still when I look innocence is all I see
When you wave goodbye
don't weep for me
I'm at peace can't you see
Angel eyes till the end remains alive
Still when I look innocence is all I see
towards us for ,hope, peace and love we all strive
In heaven the child is set free
*For the all the children fighting Cancer*

To wave goodbye
To wave goodbye and the innocence in angel eyes. It shakes you. Your poem is beautiful and it is heartbreaking.
If someone could set it to music it might be the lyrics of a beautiful song.
Keep well Mary-Ann!
