Beauty of Nature

The morning breeze caresses my skin
I'm Smiling as the scent of grass
Enters my nostrils
Oh the pleasure of early morning
Fresh air thrills
Birds chirping in the trees
The sweetest melodies as they
Fall softly on my accustomed ears
I lift my face towards the sun's rays
It's wrapping my body in its warmth
Like a giddy child I'm feeling so free
It diminishes all my fears
Tears of happiness rolling down my face
It's with gratitude that I lift my arms
Cause its the beauty of nature
I embrace
As I look at the mountains
And trees a river silently passes by
I'm humbled at the beauty it portrays
Whilst loving the abundance of open space
Nature and I becoming one
looking at a creation
Such as this
All there's left to feel is safe

This is such a heartening poem that encompasses all the senses. I agree with everything your poem relates to the reader. How wonderful nature is.
