Mothers are like little raindrops

over the seas and mountains tops

softly falling down from above .

filling oceans with all her love  .

A mothers heart will always keep

oceans of love so vast and deep 

and in her arms a safe harbour

in all kinds of stormy weather .

A mothers love is a lifeboat

In danger it keeps us afloat

and it gives us wind in our sails

to carry on when all else fails . 

A Mothers kisses and cuddles  

helps us in all of life’s struggles

and her strength are the wings of love

lifting us over and above  .

Mothers bring so much sunshine

with all the goodness their hearts are worth  

and they warm the hearths of every home

in fires across the earth ,
