Freeway Traffic
By Paul McCann
Early morning .
Trying to beat the clock ,
up the fast lane many drivers are sent .
It happens fast without warning
the unavoidable Multi car accident .
Stuck in a traffic jam with no where to go ,
everyone has stopped ,
there is no flow .
The freeway's a high octane zone .
All we do is sit here ,
no one can to come or go .
Creeping a little now and then ,
Then you come to a stop
and all the lanes are blocked .
There must be another way
to get where we're going .
This madness has to stop .

Good description in this poem of why I hate driving now.
You summed up the nightmare well.
Jenny.
