I Don’t Quite Know

I don’t quite know how to say how I feel

about everything that happened the other day ,

it was like a driver out of control took hold of the wheel ,

and I just crawled away from the wreckage on the corner .

Yeah but  I’m ok anyway in case you’re wondering .

I don’t quite know how to say what I think

about my emotions left hanging up on the line.  

I just disappeared and for a while

and I never saw the sunshine in your smile  

for a long time  but in case you’re wondering how I am

I don’t quite know what I should say . I guess I’m ok ,

I guess I feeling fine sometimes I don’t quite know anyhow  

I don’t quite know how to say who I am ,

Though I’ve heard the whispers going round

all over the town about me, they never once said  I love you ,

can’t you see I’m not the person they said I am

cause I’m me , can’t you see who I am

though I called out your name , time after time

and I don’t quite know if you understand who I am anyhow

I don’t quite know myself

I don’t quite know how to say what to do

but I hope that love will help me to find a way to get through .

The truth comes out in the end , it always does ,

at times though I don’t quite know what to say or do,

but I still love you , yes I still love you and that’s ok.

I don’t quite know sometimes what to say ,

But I still  love you anyway

and I don’t quite know what to say .
