It's been a long time , how are you ,

doesn't it make you wonder why ,

we’ve been out of touch for much too long

but we never said goodbye .

Its been a long time since I saw you

Its good to see you again ,

it seems the years have gone by so fast

but you still look much the same

Its been a long time ,

why did we ever just let it go ,

there must be a good reason why

but I really just don’t know .

Its been a long time without a word

but you’re always on my mind,

how long has it been anyway

you know its been a long long time .

Life can come and go in the blink of an eye

and before we even know it ,

there’s no time to say goodbye .
