Yesterday you cannot hurt me no more , I can’t change what happened the day before , I don’t live for yesterday and somehow here I am alive in the here and now , someone waiting for tomorrow to come

Yesterday happened once upon a time when the rain fell and sun couldn’t shine and somehow everything now seems so strange looking back down the track the world has changed and I’m trying to catch the morning sun

Yesterday will never return again and tomorrow it will always remain as it is and as it will always be something unique that is waiting for me after the things I do today are done .

Leaving yesterday behind , life is good and I’m waking up with the morning sun,

There’s something that I’ve always understood, tomorrow is always going to come

Leaving yesterday behind for no one .
