See the cross upon a chain ,

with every link in Jesus name ,

shinning silver into gold ,

the greatest story ever told  ,

in every word we have heard ,

all  the love that Jesus shared

Like a chain without a link ,

it time to stop  and think ,

without Jesus on the cross ,

the connection would be lost .

Who could ever justify why he died for you and I

Link your life to Jesus and glory be to Him ,

He connects us to the Father

and He died for all out sin .

With Jesus you and me ,

we can be a family

and in the days to come  ,

there’s a place for everyone ,

linked by love eternally

forever you and me
