Love and hate are part of you ,

on one hand you understand the things you do.

On the other hand , you deny

What’s right in front of you  .

 

Love and hate its going to get to you ,

its not too late , to change your fate

you’ve got to live and let live ,

give and take ,

all of the love and hate that you make .

 

Just a suggestion , don’t answer the question

with a hard head or a hard heart

or the ground might just open up and swallow you  .

 

Love and hate its going to get to you ,

You laid down the law

but can’t claw your way out of a paper bag

or punch a hole up in the sky.

 

You’ve got lost in a situation

and landed deep down in frustration  .

Love and hate .

 

Love and hate its going to get to you ,

its not too late , to change your fate

live and let live ,  give and take ,

all of the love and hate that you make .

 

Change is what you cannot do ,

its not too late to erase all the hard lines in front of you.

 

Love and hate , It’s strange how you cannot connect or step back
