I’ve got a cry in my voice , a cry in my voice ,  a cry in my voice  , I’ve got a cry in my voice if you listen to me sing , I’ve got a song in my heart , a song in my heart, a song in my heart , I’ve got a song in my heart and its  a  passionate thing,

I‘ve got a smile in my eyes , a smile in my eyes a smile in my eyes . I‘ve got a smile in my eyes if look maybe you’ll see , I’ve got a skip when I walk , a skip when I walk a skip when I walk , I’ve got a skip when I walk ,  I’m happy as can be

Its just the way I feel , about life , about who I am and what I do , it’s a natural kind of thing ,that helps me get through ,  so understand me if I cry when I sing or smile when I’m walking , or if look like I’m happy , its just the innocence in me

I’m just a child at heart ,I don’t mean no harm , I don’t mean to be smart , you can say that innocence is the lucky charm in me , just to be me and to feel free and to be happy to do what I do with the things that I see is the lucky charm in me
