I heard a song that came to me like a gift from where I could not see ,

it came with words and a melody and somehow it sounded familiar to me

The gift of laughter , the gift of tears ,helping those who live with fears  ,

The gift of wisdom and charity , with virtues of love and liberty ,

justice and fortune with insight to know the gifts that we have to show

Many the gifts , love is the reason ,let them be heard let them be seen .

Happy are those who share what they have without expecting others to pay ,

the gifts we receive are freely given to us , one can ever take them away.

A  story to share , a work of art  , a song that comes from deep in our heart.

A welcoming smile ,  a gift of the mind ,

the gift of healing of the spiritual kind .

What ever the gift  we get it for free ,

Its a  beautiful  thing for the whole world to see .

Many the gifts, love is the word,

let be heard , you know what it means .

We all have a gift that’s been given to us

don’t trample your gift in the dust .

Its something to share with everyone

you meet everywhere you go  you’ve got to let it show .

The gift of life , the gift of love . The gift of we all have been given ,

that makes us  who we are and gives a purpose to why we’re living .

Try to bring out  what you have inside , the beautiful gift you’re trying to hide .

Many the gifts, hear what I say , share it around , don’t throw it away  .
