The Moon Shone Blue

In the still of the night I whisper your name,

baby how can I ever try to explain and

as the moon turned blue in the sky up above ,

I was lost in silence here without your love

The moon shone blue and it swallowed up the sky

in the still of the night , time slowly passed by ,

In the morning sunrise  I opened my eyes ,

then the waves crashed down and I soon realized .

Drowning in a sea of sorrow since you’ve gone ;

Its so hard to speak and the silence goes on .

In a sea of sorrow where the blue moon shone,

deep down inside  my heart is where you belong .

At the crack of the dawn I whispered a prayer

Baby I know that you are out there somewhere

beyond the crashing waves in the deep blue sea ,

drowning in sorrow ever since you left me .
