When Charity she and me
sat down upon the ground you see
upon a mountain high above
you couldn’t heard a sound .
Then she began to talk to me
and I fell in love instantly
in my heart I could see
what a blessing I had found .

I saw in her something rare and true ,
that gave me hope and helped me to
Pull through ,
in her eyes and in her heart
love came shining through .

Heaven help me for I don’t know what to do ,
Lord above I’m in love with Charity

I sat down on a mountain of love
and all that I was thinking of
Is how beautiful it is to be
here with Charity .
Will she stay or walk away ,
I cannot forget the day
when she and I sat on the ground
and love was all around .
