My Fathers Voice
By Paul McCann

I heard him call my name just the other day ,
even though he’s gone ,
he’s not that far away .
Son he said , you’re getting old
I smiled and thought of him,
I’m sure we’ll we’ll meet again ,
in the next life that we’re in .
