The Reason Why

People ask me if I’m happy

and I’m not really sure what to say.

As I’ve never been more happy

ince the day she came my way .

I am as happy as can be

and the whole world can see ,

even God would agree ,

she’s the only girl for me .

She’s the reason  I’m happy

and I smile at the world everyday.

 

She’s is the song that’s in my heart

and the love story in my mind .

She is the treasure in my life ,

I’d always had been trying to find.

She’s my angel , my best friend

and I can always can depend ,

on her love to the end

that’s why I want to spend every moment with her ,

for I can leave all my troubles behind .

 

Her love fills the emptiness that nothing couldn’t fill

and the happiness inside has begun to overspill ,

so  if anyone should ask me, well the truth is you see ,

she’s the reason why I’m happy .

 

She’s in my dreams when I’m asleep

and she’s in every breath that I take .

She’s there in my arms ,every morning as I awake ,

and the only thing that I know ,

is that she’s everywhere I go.

She lifts me up when I’m feeling low

and there and then my smile would  begin to show

oh what a difference love can make .

 

Her love fills the emptiness that nothing couldn’t fill
