Life for your money and money for life ,

its hanging by a thread , on the edge of a knife ,

 lucky for some if you’re the lucky one

in a back street gamble with a loaded gun .

Pull the trigger and then it’s done ,

 there’s two bullets in the gun .

Ready or not when the hammer falls ,

life’s a cheap shot in roulette halls , some will live , some will die

bought and sold , the stakes are high ,

you will know if you have won

 when there’s two bullets in the gun .

Two bullets in the gun, there’s two bullets in the gun ,

 one from two still leaves one , two from two then there’s none ,

close your eyes when the counting’s done ,

there’s two bullets in the gun .

Two bullets in the gun , playing with fire ,

 there’s nowhere to run ,

better you’re your prayers , get down on your knee ,

I wonder who the next victim will be ,

you’re free to go when the game is done
