Workplace Hazards

The biggest danger that workers may find

Is a work place bully who is unkind .

Harassing all the staff the whole day through ,

Making it difficult for me and you  .

There is always a risk of harm out there

For a bully has no duty of care .

The bully demands things that can’t be done,

making threats and challenging everyone ,

for working class people they’re just a curse ,

bringing added stress to make it worse

they a reason why staff would walk away

from a steady job and regular pay .
