Dear homeowner,

I am writing this letter on behalf of me and my partner. We really loved your home. As first time buyers, buyers looking for our forever home, we saw that in your home. When we viewed it on the 17th of June, we fell in love with it. We saw a place that is more than just a house, we saw a life. We saw BBQ’s in the summer with friends and family. We saw Christmas mornings, full of excitement. We saw a place we would bring our new puppy home to, when the time was right. We saw a place to come home to after  our honeymoon. We saw a place we could grow old in.

I know we only have a certain amount we can bid up to. If you have it in your heart of hearts to accept our offer, I can promise that your home, our forever home, will be treated with nothing but kindness and respect.
