The little faces
So eager and free
The willing teacher
Able to be
Free from constraints
A conduit for grace
The look of relief
On a child's unconditioned face
What a privilege to teach
To shake up the known
To encourage growth
To outgrow the grown
I wish there could be
More rooms like this
Where kids can just be
Where learning is bliss
The little faces
Their minds know so much..
So eager and free
To touch and be touched

Reminds me of the feeling I had when I was 7 and was taken to Peter Pan's garden in Southend. Lovely

My like of this is its almost IP sonnet construct and flow...which I think you should seriously consider if, and only if, you desire to edit the piece further as such.
Breaking it/them (sonnets/IP) down into strict quintet lineations has a fascinating psychological effect/impact on a reader as it oddly forces their continuation to read without them truly realising exactly what (form) it is nor why they are attracted into doing such as such. Combining this with the subject of baby faces/rug rats (which are beautifully ugly at best lol), I personally think you'd have a much better, more wonderful/ous, write.
I really love that finale btw.
PS; I well realise you portrayal of the child within here also
