my will

I don't have money, etc., for a lawyer. A similar document is with my parents. To show that this is indeed me, I'll share a few facts. I was born in Ashland, Oregon by Dr. David Jones; I wasn't circumcised because he doesn't believe in the practice. He wears one earring; recently, he prescribed me Vitamin D. As a teenager, I wrote for the Herald and News, starting with a pro-democracy essay that won a contest: award was given by Secretary of State Bradbury. One of my favorite elementary teachers was Mrs. Chamberlain; I used to hide and not want to go to the YMCA's after-school program. She remembers this. Once, I seriously thought of buying a cabin from Aaron Ashurst.
Now, in the unlikely event of a medical emergency, I don't want to be revived in any fashion. I feel very strongly that my life shouldn't be sustained by any artificial practices such as oxygen or feeding tubes(I've written a letter in the Ashland Daily Tidings on the subject.) I am of sound mind.
Any monies due should be paid to my son Bohdon P_____, care of Naomi P________. I omit their full name because of the controversial nature of my e-writings.
sincerely,
Sean Lawlor Nelson
