A club on the main drag is called the fu fu eclectic down the road from the where the bikers gather and the hotels which rent rooms by the hour. The queues are long to get in ,but the young quebec hippsters are a very friendly bunch and time passes quickly.
Inside the crowd heaves at the bar , beer served in pitchers by trendy pencil thin punks of either gender. The bar stools are empty upturned beer crates and the lounge swings with energy of youths switching between French and English dialects.
Jazz, hip hop punk a mix of north American and Parisian sensibility. The charm is in the clientele and atmosphere less sharp and critical than new York and more laid back than Paris
