Breath of love, blow hard upon the sail
of this, my little heart shaped sailing boat
and stormy seas and thunder shan’t prevail.
Though waves juggle her, she shall stay afloat.
And place a kiss upon this armour
and it shall be impenetrable gold.
No blade wielded in hate shall harm the
armour that is firm within love’s hold.
For love is such a power, I am sure;
a force that enfolds in heavenly steel
and thus, my heart, all hardships, can endure
whenever, your warm gentleness, I feel.
