Bully Bosses

I thought to myself with these people 
its either their way or you’re out , 
Its difficult to work with harassment 
and bullies who like to shout .

All I can tell to those people is 
There are better places to work , 
Where people will respect who you are 
And you’ll not be treated like dirt . 
You'll be surprised and relieved to know 
That there are other places there 
Where being a nurse means you can work

as well as being treated fair .

The problem with some employers is

that they end up on this power trip ,
Abusing their position thinking 
that they can get away with it .
