Though the legend is bold that women ought to be loved and pampered like gold, who will feed the souls of the brethren that are anorexic on self-love from catering to an entire colony of beings who thrive on unconditional love.
My brothers are obese from consuming a diet of self-hate and toxic masculinity as they forge the architecture of a world to be housed by the feminine breed signing a deed that would never allow them to be freed
Like lions of a pride, we sacrifice our freedom and innocence from being domesticated into a society that crowned us as apex predators
Judged by a community of mortals for not possessing the brute strength and ruthlessness of Kratos
What do you propose we do when we are caged beasts that are expected to be submissive yet dominant like a switch on a stove?
We ooze creativity and verbal deniability, spitting fire on all our verses, but overshadowed by all these curses because aggression from all this oppression leads to poor self-expression
I stare at my own reflection while the other side of me says it’s a blessing to be the reason for her success.
The crown is barely tilted, so fix your throne, chief
