Farewell

Now think of this
It's nothing but darkness
Surrounding you
Black as black can be
You don't know where you are
You just know you're alive
And breathing
Heavily and deeply
You move
And the darkness moves with you
You're infused in a black silhouette of a landscape city
You are the shadow
From the 11pm night lights
You can scream
At the top of your lungs
But no matter how loud you scream
It will only ever be silence
Yet your voice will echo
In your mind
You are stuck
In closed eyelids
On a lonely island
Travelling through parallels of time
Do you know where you are yet?
And you stand there
You stand there and you look at nothing
Because nothing exists
It is just black
Then you realise
You do no exist
Instead
It's a fractured imagination
Wanting to see life
And then lights appear
Too bright and too white
Changing the colour of black
To white
And again you see nothing
Because this time
The whiteness
That's acceptance
And soon people emerge
People you recognise
People you have lost
And people you miss
And now you know you're no longer alone
In the darkness
But in the acceptance of non-existing colour
Amongst the fallen
Because you have fallen
You are the colour
You are the darkness
Because now you are nothing
Apart from an ached pain
Within the living
Long live
In the colour
Drifting through the winds

I liked this, It has a melancholy colour of black and white that makes the world seem a little odd and a little not right.
