All That

Why did I never see those things before

Those beautiful wings there that made you soar

All the love that you had inside your heart

and all your original works of art      

Now you are gone and it’s too late to say

I love you and miss you every single day .

All that you tried to do now I can see

All that I know is what you mean to me .

Everything you were has gone long before

We had time to go and try to explore

All the wonders of this life that we know 

and  all the places that your wings could go.

Its hard to describe what I’m going through 

after losing someone as close as you

all I can say is from deep in my heart       

the day that you left it tore me apart  .

 All that you tried to do fills me with pride

all that I know is how I feel inside ,

All that you wanted time will not allow

the suffering you had is all over now .

All that I wish is for your happiness

In the place where you have found peaceful rest   

All that I never said , all that I couldn’t do ,

is in the memory I have of you .
