The Innocent Grump

The Innocent Grump

The innocent grump he was 

tagged and bagged

by someone's cause

who cannot see

their own flaws ,

breaking the spiritual laws

in their world that never was .

Why do some like to destroy 

peace as  if it were their toy 

and  steal all  the love and joy 

with the words that they employ 

all they do is just annoy

and disrupt in sick deploy 

Their words they slur

with a thump

upon the innocent grump .

All the verbal sludge

they dump

upon little ships that sunk .

Some septic mouths need a pump

to extract all of what stunk .

Feeble attempts to corrupt 

better for them to shut up 

and burp inside an empty cup 

and smell the vile they erupt 

in echoes of their abrupt 

insult coming to a stop .
