I see a face in a place called Japan

and I cannot stand being out in the cold

so I put my face in the land of the sun .

The land of the sun

And  I found someone to call my own

No more was I alone and afraid to be out in the cold

East meets west after the dawn

before the rising sun

I hope that the world can see what you’ve done Japan

You took my breath away hey Japan .

You held my hand Japan’.
