Mother of my heart and soul

be with me in everything I do

and lead me in ways everlasting

 

Mother of my heart and soul

you are there in the faith I hold

and your presence is living here within

 

Mother of my heart and soul

because you are here

your power moves mountains    

every second of every hour .

 

Mother of my heart and soul

your beauty is in every flower

and in every raindrop in every shower .

 

Mother of my heart and soul

I believe in you and always will

and I know  your love for me is true 

 

Mother of my heart and soul

You hear me when I pray and you understand

everything I’m going through .

 

 Mother of my heart and soul

In times of trouble you’re always there to guide me

to where I need to be .

 

Mother of my heart and soul

you know the way when I’m feeling lost

and you find a way to let me see.
