There’s not enough time today to do what I need to do ,

but even  less tomorrow to put the skeletons away into their closet.

Oh I hope they forget the place where we met on the passage of time ,

so long ago .

They better not follow too close behind ,

out of sight out of mind , 

I’m telling you it’s true

and in good time I’m going to  put them all away where they will stay never to get out and feel the warmth of new days glow  .

Walking away from the past you’ll find ,

people who are kind and true

with respect for what you say and do ,

its just a footstep away ,

tomorrow’s in front of you

with many blessings to find everywhere you go .

I’m telling you , its best to forget all of your skeletons in the closet

Walk away don’t look back , the skeletons are gone ,

that’s a fact , there’s nothing to regret so don’t get upset ,

the skeletons are not coming back ,

its ok now , you can leave them all behind

in bright new tomorrow
