PETERMAN
He rides up high
In the cold windy sky,
A message,
Don't you dare tell a lie.
For the devil will know
Wherever you go
That you don't believe
When I told you so.
He's a cold winter hero
And I send him to you,
To be wise and aware
For Satan's to do.
Just when you thought that he didn't exist,
Out he comes with his untimely gift,
To trick and deceive you
To cause fuss and cause fight.
But I sent you Santa
So you can shine in the light.
Oh don't worry that he is not real,
Just you be cautious that he doesn't steal,
Your soul or your love, that you hold dear,
Imagine it's Santa whispering in your ear.

Welcome to ABC Tales. I'm
Welcome to ABC Tales. I'm assuming this is connected with the Dutch Black Peter character? It has an enigmatic touch about it, like a folk tale.
