Organic farming and lice

From Buffaloe's Town to Katkart had a late start looking for a place to sleep over. Some locals referred me to this “backpacker's” place not expensive at all either. Don't go there it is the strangest place I've ever been and I think it's very dangerous.
A trip back home to Gauteng is usually easily under 11 hours I had a late start that time it took about three days and begging friends and relatives for money for petrol etc wasn't so popular either. Going down I had smoked a record of one whole carton on the road pushing through in ten hours.
“Organic farming” is supposed to be completely self sustaining, one gets the idea they are preparing for a war or fall of civilisation. Small dilapidated roughshod camps and gates of wood and wire fences. The farming was altogether not very disciplined.
There were sheep there and pigs and chickens. Manure is used for fertiliser for mealies and lush grass then in turn as feed for the animals, the mealies for the birds, cobs for pigs and grass for the sheep so on. The manure again for the plants. Really interesting setup. The idea is to establish the cycles of nature and being completely independent as subsistence farming.
Late afternoon this guy apparently in charge showed me everything he explained all this organic farming a weird guy looks like a martian thick black spectacles Khrushchev brush cut hairstyle very well informed spoke of Einstein's Theories and Nobel Prize etc. He said there were places like this all over the world the idea is to be completely self-sufficient.
R10 for the night and pay only when you leave, equal to around 15p. My room unpacked. Didn't look too bad I've seen worse. There was a big framed poster could be paradise and a couple, but a large jaguar looking on from above and it read: “Someone is watching”, or something like that. Ominous.
Then lice were eating you up burning crawling all over the bed very energetically and ravenous. Now there came very loud sounds, heavy chains dragging moaning whipping weeping something terrible kind of like hell I would say.
Packed up very fast and to escape, as I left he came running tried to stop me. They must have forgotten the gate open lucky because I meant to crash through his gate I admit I was very scared. He ran after and shouting he was calling waving shouting as I disappeared into the night. During this particular trip I slept in my car a few times.
