Mr Cyril Rhamaphosa
Do not underestimate the responsibility on his shoulders, let us try and understand the difficulty and directly conflicting demands on a statesman, steering a country through storms seas minefields and chaos of world affairs and the dirty games of international politics.
His cautious approach is only commendable, as well thought through committed decisions on gravely serious problems, and their implications.
Undoubtedly he holds only our best interests, his only concerns still are the welfare of our beloved land and people, our great country South Africa. A man of impeccable integrity and fearless leadership, not subject to the criticism and everyday whims of the public and news.
Yes mistakes are made it is inevitable, but do not forget he was choice as future president of Nelson Mandela, and it has to be clearly understood that all the credit for, or blame then, of any leader is only in as far as he represents his people and has their mandate. A leader does not act in his own personal capacity.
Following in the footsteps of former president, our madala Thabo Mbeki, a great son and national hero, greatly respected a true gentleman may he be with us many years to come, even still on the media regularly while everyone listens and pays heed.
Cyril Rhamaphosa is greatly respected, a true gentleman, standing in the shoes and office of Madiba, father of our nation, our country's most loved of her sons, Nelson Mandela, and in company of other great leaders in history such as General Jan Smuts, FW de Klerk, and late Zulu Chief Prince Buthelezi.
~
Truly great leaders are scarce, but throughout history when they are needed they are there. Leaders come to fore, good men, men and women of insight, of courage and conviction.

What a difficult job these leaders have. They need our prayers, and especially as we remember that they will have weaknesses and also pressures from all sorts of people wanting to push them this way or that in policies. May God be merciful on all the nations, and restrain evil. Rhiannon

A powerful reflection on the weight of leadership — and the legacy these men carry. Thank you for the reminder to look deeper than surface-level critiques.
