Did God move His eyes away, for His brief spell but our generation.
Did he blink, so we soured His rivers and His seas.
Did He glance away into the speckled universe,so we fired His forests and created a neat hole from dead trees.
Did God move His eyes one day, a blink, our millennium, a breath from Abraham to this.
Did we think the hole might help us see heaven,?
Perhaps it will, for no-one sees His face and lives.

Nice one little bear. This has an epic nature to it despite being diminutive. I also like the repetion that you have used. It sometimes adds as a poetic devise and this is one of thos occasions. P.S. I hope that you don't mind me mentioning it but you have a spelling mistake on your front page: "With a keen interest in Linguistics and ancient words and there (their) origins." I thought I'd say something because they can be devilish hard to spot mate. Welcome to the site.

Again scratch was my mistake , some writer i am , mums going to kill me !!! Again thankyou for both your comments. Its nice to get mums work out there. Are you going to ABC at york ? if so might see you there.
