As the bee flies.

 

Form gone 

Broken down 

Entwined in earth

dust scattered 

Dispersed.

Breath of life 

Return to source

The light 

The truth 

One Soul.

What remains 

Where memories fade -

The essence 

Changed the subtle 

Paths of those

Where lives touched,

Angles shifted slightly 

Over time…

Lost

We ended up 

Far from where we were,

But found

Close to home. 

When Death comes;

My form gone

I will remain 

With you, 

In truth,

With God,

In love,

Within the buzz 

And gentle hive

Of life, we are all one.

Your poem bought tears to my eyes. Bee was a wonderful soul who always wrote such incredible poetry, touching so many writers here on abc tales, including myself.

PS I just watched that youtube video of I Am A Tree again, your daughter in a tribute to Bee. It moved me to tears once more. but she's so gorgeous...your little pixie warrier.
