The wheat fields
are like a courtyard
at play
their stalks are

Golden in the wind
firm in stature
now bulked up
for delivery to
the factories – bread
& cereal the menu.

'Gold was just a windy Kansas wheat field - Blue was just a Kansas summer sky.' John Denver. Beautiful Poetry Of Nature!
